The Opportunity:
The Business Intelligence Engineer designs, builds, and maintains data solutions that enable accurate reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency within healthcare revenue cycle management. Focuses on developing data pipelines, optimizing data storage, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Applies technical expertise to support business intelligence, automation, and compliance initiatives. Designs and develops data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into centralized repositories. Optimizes data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and scalability. Collaborates with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet functional and operational requirements. Documents data architecture, workflows, and integration processes to maintain clarity and consistency. Tests and validates data solutions to confirm accuracy, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. Monitors data systems and apply corrective measures to resolve performance or integrity issues promptly. Researches emerging data technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities and efficiency.
