You will ensure that all orders are in compliance with the Pressure Management-AP booking policy. In this capacity, you will provide excellent support to Pressure Management Asia Pacific trade operations in terms of, but not limited to, order entry and processing. You will interface between sales offices, representatives, and factories to manage sales orders efficiently. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To receive and process customer orders and related supporting documents. To review incoming orders for technical and commercial compliance as per booking policy. To verify product services required in the customer order (tests, certificates, COO, etc.) are available and applicable to the products selected. To validate pricing and commissions for standard/special constructions/product services per internal guidelines. To conduct ITC screening of each order and coordinate with the site compliance leader for approval/report as necessary. To raise and process purchase orders to factories if required via oracle, and other tools. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and excellent customer service skills. You are adaptable to change and are constantly working to be more efficient. Your attention to detail is remarkable, and you have good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and process orders accurately and timely. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 2 to 3 years of experience related to order management, data entry or data administration support or functions. Familiarity with order entry or purchase order processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is an advantage.
