What You'll Do As a member of our Distribution Team, you'll help clients solve real-world operational challenges by: Analyzing data to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Designing and optimizing distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and warehouse operations. Conducting facility assessments, operational audits, and master planning studies. Evaluating process flows, staffing requirements, equipment alternatives, and facility layouts. Applying Lean principles and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Creating data models to evaluate potential operational changes and business outcomes. Developing presentations and communicating recommendations to clients. Conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends. Supporting project teams with cost analyses, capital planning, and strategic recommendations. Contributing to impactful client deliverables that drive measurable business results. What Makes This Opportunity Different? At St. Onge, you won't be sitting behind a spreadsheet all day. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail. Curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams. Preferred Qualifications Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, engineering, or operations. Lean Six Sigma certification or coursework. Experience working with operational, manufacturing, or logistics data. Exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Technical Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus: Microsoft Excel SQL Python Power BI Tableau AutoCAD Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ERP systems such as SAP Don't meet every qualification?
