Author well-scoped features or fixes to unblock the team or speed up delivery
Participate in code, design, and product reviews with timely, actionable feedback
Model strong engineering practices: clear commits, solid test coverage, thoughtful PR descriptions
Own technical feasibility input during discovery and planning

Keeping delivery predictable and technically sound across your team's scope
Building a culture where engineers do their best work and want to stay

Comfort participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including escalation and decision-making during incidents
Preferred
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of giving constructive career-growth feedback
