We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to ensure reliable, consistent delivery aligned with product vision, while growing the team through coaching, hiring, and strong execution. Who you are Experience managing and developing software engineers Strong delivery and prioritization skills; comfortable owning commitments Solid engineering background (quality, testing, CI/CD, code review, architecture trade-offs) Knowledgeable of secure software development & architecture practices Able to combine a wide conceptual , business , and technical vision to guide decisions and align execution with product goals You agree that it’s not just the software that counts, it’s also the people behind it!
