Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure sustainable, predictable, and high-quality software delivery.
• Align engineering execution with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maximize business value.
• Promote engineering excellence, software quality, maintainability, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or developing engineering teams.
• Proven ability to combine people leadership with technical decision-making and delivery ownership.
• Strong understanding of software quality, maintainability, testability, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability for occasional travel within Europe.
