As an Associate Project Leader in Build and Automation, you will coordinate and support delivery activities that enable reliable build infrastructure and automation workflows across projects. You will work closely with DevOps engineers, software teams, and project stakeholders to help ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution of build and automation deliverables.

You will take ownership of well-defined planning and coordination responsibilities while developing your ability to manage delivery risks and dependencies.

How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Coordinate build and automation activities across technical teams and stakeholders
  • Support planning and tracking of CI/CD-related milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Help ensure alignment between DevOps engineers, software teams, and project leads
  • Track build and automation issues, risks, and mitigation actions
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution and delivery transparency
  • Support quality and process adherence across build and automation activities
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity in reporting, planning, issue analysis, and project communication—always validating outputs responsibly

What Makes You A Strong Fit


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software project coordination, DevOps-related delivery, or engineering project support
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile delivery models
  • Experience working with planning and tracking tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD, build environments, or project workflows

Bonus Points if You Have


  • Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments
  • Exposure to Linux-based software development environments
  • Familiarity with CI pipelines and automation tools
