Role Description The English Language Instructor is a full-time, Remote role based in Cairo, Egypt. The instructor will plan and deliver English language lessons, design and update lesson plans and teaching materials, and adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs and levels. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and ensuring a supportive, engaging classroom environment. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum improvements, participating in training or meetings, and upholding institutional policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Education-related skills, including lesson planning and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating clear instructional materials and student reports.
• Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Candidates should possess strong classroom management, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a learner-centered mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
• Should have a material for A2 & B1 Students to qualify them for the next level.
