We are seeking an
English-speaking Account Executive to join an international commercial team based in
Madrid, Spain. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in
B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation who is motivated by ambitious targets and uncapped commission.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will help expand the business by engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them from the first conversation through to becoming paying subscribers.
You'll take responsibility for the entire customer acquisition journey, combining
outbound prospecting, cold calling, product presentations, trial management, and deal closing.

This is a
hybrid position based in Madrid.
Applicants must already be legally eligible to work in Spain and currently reside in Spain. Please note that the company does not provide relocation assistance.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end new business sales process
- Identify and approach prospective customers through outbound outreach
- Conduct a high volume of calls, averaging approximately 80–100 per day
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
- Present the product and conduct client demonstrations
- Support prospects throughout their free trial period
- Turn qualified opportunities and trials into paid subscriptions
- Drive new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Follow up consistently on company-provided leads
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to activity, demos, conversion rates, and revenue
- Close new business opportunities and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
What We're Looking For
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Currently based in Spain
- Full legal right to work in Spain
- Between 1 and 6 years of experience in a sales, commercial, or customer-facing position
- Previous experience in Account Executive, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, or a high-volume Call Center environment is an advantage
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging decision-makers through cold calling
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
- Motivation to consistently achieve and exceed commercial targets
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00
- Friday: 09:00–15:00
Flexibility and adaptability are particularly important during the onboarding phase. Depending on business needs, working hours may need to align with
US time zones.
Salary & Commission
- €30,000 gross annual base salary
- Uncapped performance-based commission
- Monthly commission target of €600
- Commission multipliers based on performance:
- Below 80% achievement: x1
- 80% achievement: x1.3
- 100% achievement: x2
- 150% achievement: x3
- Quarterly performance accelerator: employees averaging over 150% achievement across a quarter receive a 3x multiplier on commissions for the entire quarter

Hybrid Working Model
The position follows a
hybrid work arrangement in Madrid.
Your first four weeks will be fully office-based, allowing you to complete onboarding and receive comprehensive training alongside the team.
Following the onboarding period, employees who consistently achieve at least
70% of their performance target can access up to
50% remote working flexibility.
After this stage, onsite attendance is generally required around once per month. Any necessary travel costs related to mandatory office attendance are covered by the company.
