Responsibilities: Assist with verification by reviewing submitted documents for completeness and accuracy. Provide friendly and effective support to advertisers via phone and email. Help ensure content compliance and respond to advertiser questions. Support performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives. Help onboard businesses and guide them through the setup process. Learn and share knowledge about regional verification practices. Take part in varied tasks in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. C2 level of English. Experience in customer service or support roles. Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus. 1.5 years Experience in compliance or verification roles is desirable. General knowledge of home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
