English Speaking Sales & Project Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle in SAP, from order entry to completion, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data Quotation & Pricing Support: Assist in pricing processes and support accurate cost calculations using internal systems Contract Administration: Handle contracts related to the Retail Division, from order creation to closure, in line with internal policies Project Coordination (Back Office): Support project planning and tracking activities in internal systems, including stock reassignment and issue resolution Delivery Coordination: Work closely with Planning and Procurement teams to ensure alignment between delivery schedules and operational plans Shipping Coordination: Initiate shipment processes, manage stock transfers between locations, and support the resolution of delivery-related issues Returns Handling: Process returns and rework activities, ensuring proper documentation and accurate system updates Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 1–2 years of experience in order management, back office, or administrative roles Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage Strong B2 level English skills (both written and spoken) Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Based in Hungary What We Offer: A stable, long-term opportunity in a forward-thinking international company Modern working environment with innovative tools and processes Competitive salary and cafeteria package Hybrid working model with regular home-office opportunities Supportive team culture with continuous learning and development opportunities
