Company Description 4Level1 provides comprehensive English language programs tailored for adults and young adults across the Middle East. All courses follow international CEFR standards, helping learners build practical communication skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The curriculum emphasizes real-world communicative goals to prepare students for academic, professional, and social success. 4Level1 delivers both online and face-to-face classes, with remote learners based throughout the Middle East and in-person courses offered in Riyadh.

Role Description The English Tutor role at 4Level1 is a full-time remote position focused on delivering engaging, learner-centered English lessons to adults and young adults. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes, assessing learners’ language skills, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress against CEFR-aligned objectives. The tutor will adapt teaching materials to different proficiency levels, support learners in developing confidence in real-life communication, and maintain clear, professional communication with students and internal teams. The role also involves participating in training sessions, following company teaching guidelines, and using digital tools and platforms to ensure high-quality, interactive instruction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills, with experience supporting diverse learner profiles.
• Candidates should possess Online Tutoring skills, including proficiency with virtual classroom tools and digital learning platforms.
• Candidates should possess solid English Grammar skills and the ability to explain language concepts clearly and accurately.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage learners effectively.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are preferred.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is highly beneficial.
• Experience teaching according to CEFR standards or similar international frameworks is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules, and demonstrate cultural awareness when teaching learners across the Middle East.
