We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to join our team. You will own the Amazon advertising strategy and performance for the accounts under your management — day-to-day optimization and scaling of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, with a particular focus on hitting target ACoS/TACoS by ASIN.

You'll work alongside a dedicated Account Manager and Designer on each account, so your focus stays on the strategy and the numbers — not chasing client replies or briefing creative from scratch.

What you'll do:

Strategy & Planning

• Setting ACoS/TACoS targets and revenue forecasts by ASIN, in partnership with the Account Manager.
• Monthly planning of budgets, bids, and placement modifiers across the account.
• Leading strategy and tactics to hit defined targets for each product under management.
• Re-aligning forecasts when performance shifts.

Execution

• Daily bid and budget optimization, search term mining, and negative keyword harvesting.
• Running Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics reviews to find scaling and defense opportunities.
• Managing campaign structure for new product launches and catalog-wide keyword strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partnering with your Account Manager, who owns client communication and reporting delivery — you feed them the numbers and the story behind them.
• Briefing your Designer on creative needs (A+ content, Brand Store updates, ad creative) based on what the data says is underperforming or worth testing.
• Flagging listing, catalog, or creative issues early so the team can fix them before they cap performance.

Reporting

• Account performance review on a daily basis, checking every client account for pacing, spend, or performance issues.
• Providing the Account Manager with clear performance data, wins, and risks ahead of client calls.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years managing Amazon PPC for brands with real ad spend (7–8 figure accounts preferred).
• Deep fluency in Amazon Ads: SP/SB/SD, match types, placement modifiers, Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics — AMC experience a plus.
• Comfortable working in a pod structure — strong at handoffs and clear communication with teammates, not just clients.
• Strong communication in English.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote team.
• Coachable — mentorship is part of how we work here.
