Job Title: Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

Job Type: Contract (Remote)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast-growing remote team. In this independent contractor role, you will take full ownership of our paid search strategy—building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing campaigns to drive qualified leads, maximize ROAS, and lower CPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and perform A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic, and revenue to the wider team.
• Effectively allocate and monitor advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI across multiple client accounts or internal projects.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Must have active Google Ads Certification which is highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Must have strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
