As an Enrollment Advisor for the Nursing and Graduate Medical verticals, you are the person a prospective student talks to while they are deciding whether to commit — and the person who makes sure the experience after that decision is a good one.

The role splits roughly 45% consultative sales on inbound leads — no cold calling — and 55% administrative and student support work that keeps the vertical running. You’ll work the evening shift so the team covers students from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. ET, and there is a real path from here into a Senior Advisor seat.

What You'll Do

• Advise prospective nursing and graduate medical students on the programs that actually fit their goals — consultative selling on warm inbound leads, never cold calls.
• Own the enrollment conversation end to end across phone, email and live chat, from first contact through a closed enrollment.
• Keep a daily rhythm of 35+ calls and 3+ consultations, contributing to a $30–40K monthly tutoring revenue target.
• Carry the administrative and student support load for the vertical: inbound learner communications, CRM documentation, reporting and workflow upkeep.
• Keep HubSpot accurate — track leads, log every interaction, and maintain a clean student pipeline.
• Stay with students after they enroll, supporting engagement and program completion.
• Work with marketing, operations and product to sharpen messaging and improve the learner experience.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in consultative sales or customer success. Education, tutoring, admissions or test prep experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Near-native written and spoken English — every conversation is with U.S. students.
• Coachable by nature. You take feedback, apply it, and get better fast. This matters more to us than a polished résumé.
• Honest under pressure: when you don’t know something, you ask instead of guessing. Accuracy with students is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable picking up new tools quickly, including AI coaching agents.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and at home on a collaborative, metrics-driven team.
• Available for the evening shift, roughly 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. ET, plus one weekend day.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred — business, education, marketing or a related field.

• Competitive Pay in USD per month base, with flexibility above that for an outstanding candidate.
• Performance bonus of up to 12% of annual salary, tied to team revenue.
