Location: Onsite | Indy, IN Compensation : $55-75K (hourly, non exempt) Hours: Monday-Thursday Rotating 10am-7pm ET or 12 pm- 9:00 pm ET and Friday 9:30am-6:30pm ET PURPOSE OF POSITION: As an Enrollment Advisor at MyComputerCareer (MyCC), you will change lives by helping prospective students take steps toward a career in information technology, with a strong focus on cybersecurity training and certification programs. You will drive pipeline conversion by actively engaging prospective students, instilling confidence in the power of education as the ultimate fuel for transformation, and closing enrollments. This high-energy, performance-driven sales role requires an individual with a relentless passion for achieving ambitious targets, overcoming daily objections, and thriving in a competitive environment. In this role, you will guide prospective students through every stage of the enrollment funnel—from the initial consultation and presentation to financial documentation and final onboarding. Successful candidates combine strong consultative sales skills, deep empathy, and a high-accountability mindset to turn life-changing aspirations into enrolled starts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: Inspire and close prospective students by articulating the life-changing value of technical skills training and delivering compelling, consultative presentations. Maintain High-Volume Outreach: Execute rigorous daily activity standards to actively advance candidates through the sales funnel. Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed individual enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit: Maintain high energy, optimism, and resilience when overcoming objections and reframing them into motivation. Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: Seamlessly guide qualified candidates through critical enrollment milestones, including academic readiness assessments, funding/financial documentation, and compliance requirements. Deliver Engaging In-Person and Camera-On Consultations: Host dynamic, professional video consultations that build immediate trust, uncover personal motivators, and persuasively present MyCC programs. Champion Student Retention & Starts: Partner across teams on retention initiatives to ensure candidates stay motivated and fully prepared for their start date. Adapt to Evolving Priorities: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall campus and enrollment goals. Data Literacy & Pipeline Optimization: Leverages sales metrics, funnel conversion rates, and CRM insights to self-govern daily activity, refine follow-up strategies, and maximize pipeline performance. Work Ethic & Operational Discipline: Demonstrates exceptional punctuality, consistency, and time management essential for maintaining continuous pipeline momentum and executing scheduled consultations. Persuasive Communication & Value Selling: Articulate and assertive; excels at building rapid trust, creating immediate urgency, and positioning education as the ultimate vehicle for life change and career transformation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales, agency recruiting/staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales. High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines, managing pipeline velocity, and maintaining sharp personal organization. Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards; ability to analyze personal conversion metrics to optimize daily outreach and drive results.
