Job Summary: Provides confirmation of details of client enrolment into systems management. Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing high quality service to our clients in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Responds timely to client cases, e-mails and voice mail messages. Provides documentation and evaluation of each account to determine if further research is necessary. Solve Client issues by resolving documentation gaps with Payer knows when to escalate to the next tier level. Participate in quality processes. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 0-2 years relevant work experience (Preferred) Working Arrangements: Primarily works in standard office environment. On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meeting business needs Core Competencies: Client Service (internal and external) Competency Description: Values and deliver high quality, innovative service to all clients.
