Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive | Fully remote | £100K base - 200K OTE | Stock options | SaaS

Our client is a profitable, founder led SaaS business that has grown for over a decade almost entirely through product led adoption. Their platform is used by teams in more than 100 countries, including agencies like Publicis, TBWA and M&C Saatchi and household names like NASA, Accenture and the NHS. They sit in the Leaders quadrant of G2's Resource Management category.

Larger organisations are now arriving with proper enterprise buying processes, and the founders have been handling those conversations themselves. They are hiring their first dedicated seller to take them on. This is a founding role, not a seat on an existing team.

Deal sizes here start around £8K and most enterprise deals begin as teams already using the product and expanding. If you are chasing £100K+ average deal sizes, this is not the role. If you want volume, autonomy and a blank page to design how a growing company sells to enterprise, it is.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Experience building a sales function from scratch and implementing the playbooks and sales methodology - Essential
• A strong track record of closing complex deals
• Experience managing £10k - £60k+ deals
• Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes
• Confidence engaging senior decision makers across Operations, Finance, IT and leadership teams
• A consultative approach to sales and strong discovery skills
• A builder mentality, with the desire to help shape an emerging enterprise sales function
• Experience selling into agencies, consultancies, engineering firms, professional services or other project-based businesses would be advantageous.
