About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive - Digital Health, you'll play a key role in driving growth across Telstra Health's Health Information Exchange (HIE) and interoperability portfolio. You'll build strategic relationships with government and corporate health customers, helping organisations leverage technology to improve healthcare connectivity, information sharing and patient outcomes. This is a senior, high-impact sales role where you'll lead complex enterprise opportunities, engage with senior stakeholders and bring together teams across Telstra Health to develop solutions that deliver meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. What you'll be doing Own and grow a portfolio of strategic government and corporate health accounts, delivering against revenue, margin and growth targets. Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from opportunity identification and solution development through to commercial negotiation and contract execution. Build trusted relationships with senior clinical, technology, procurement and government stakeholders to identify and shape strategic opportunities. Develop account and pursuit strategies to grow Telstra Health's share of wallet across HIE and interoperability solutions. Partner with Product, Bid, Delivery, Pricing, Legal and Customer Success teams to develop compelling solutions and deliver successful customer outcomes. Maintain strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline while providing commercial and market insights to inform sales strategy. About you 8–10 years' experience in B2B solution sales within healthcare technology, with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals. Demonstrated experience selling technology solutions to federal and/or state government health departments and agencies. Experience selling HIE, interoperability, EMR/EHR or related digital health solutions to government or corporate health customers. Strong understanding of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT or openEHR and the Australian digital health landscape. Proven ability to navigate complex public-sector procurement, tender and commercial processes. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior government, clinical, technology and C-suite stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring and closing complex, multi-year technology and services deals. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to mobilise cross-functional teams around customer outcomes.
