Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare IT Sales

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

  • Work Location: Remote within the United States, supporting the Central U.S. territory; candidates located within the territory are highly preferred. Up to 50% travel is required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Account Executive drives new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities for DAS Health’s healthcare IT and business solutions. This consultative sales role owns the full sales process, builds trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, and partners with internal experts to deliver solutions that help large healthcare organizations strengthen technology performance, improve operations, and support better patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise client opportunities, with a focus on healthcare organizations and groups with complex technology needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers and other key stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial qualification through discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Lead consultative conversations that uncover client challenges and align DAS Health solutions to business and technology priorities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, Marketing, Legal, Finance, senior leadership, Support, and Account Management to create a coordinated, high-quality buying experience.
  • Develop account-based sales strategies and generate pipeline through prospecting, relationship building, referrals, partner channels, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate the value of DAS Health’s solutions.
  • Navigate complex business and technology needs, address concerns, and build confidence throughout the evaluation process.
  • Drive revenue through strategic communication, negotiation, reliable follow-through, and disciplined opportunity management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of experience selling to enterprise organizations and engaging senior- and mid-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated success meeting individual sales quotas over the past three years and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and developing new client relationships.
  • Ability to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate client needs into effective solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, storytelling, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and services and incorporate their value into effective sales strategies.
  • Strong initiative, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling healthcare IT, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, EHR, or related technology solutions.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling within the healthcare industry, particularly to senior living, ambulatory, multi-location provider, or other enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Experience selling to organizations with 300 or more users.
  • Established relationships within the senior living or ambulatory healthcare markets.
  • Experience working with or competing against major healthcare technology platforms such as ModMed or athenahealth.
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as President’s Club or comparable achievement.
