Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow

At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.

We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.

If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.

About the role:

At Confirm, our Account Managers are central to the growth of our customers. As an AM, your role goes beyond transactional sales, you are a trusted growth advisor who understands your customers’ strategic goals and proactively identifies ways the Confirm solution can support them.

This is a hunter role: growth is not assumed through organic account expansion, it is generated. You bring the commercial instinct to build your own pipeline from within your accounts, and the credibility to engage confidently with executives and navigate a customer's wider tech stack.

Partnering with Enterprise Customer Value Managers, this role is solely and fully responsible for all commercial elements across your portfolio of existing multi-national accounts. Enterprise Account Managers build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across departments with key decision-makers and stakeholders — including economic buyers and champions — as they expand into new business units and geographies within each account.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Take full, sole ownership of self-generated and CSQL upsell and cross-sell pipeline for every account in your book of business: identification, business case, negotiation, and close. No other function shares accountability for this outcome.

  • Partner with your Enterprise Customer Value Manager on account health throughout the year, then take direct ownership of the renewal itself — process, negotiation, and the revenue outcome — end to end.

  • Coordinate with bid teams and contribute directly to RFP responses, bringing the account and commercial context that strengthens the customer's case for renewal or expansion.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including discovery, stakeholder mapping & business case development, with a focus on future strategy, insight & value-led ROI — including mapping the customer's technology and tech stack to identify where Confirm can add further value.

  • Plan and prioritise your book, activities, and meetings to ensure you are focused on your best growth opportunities.

  • Share relevant account-health signals with all key internal stakeholders (including executive sponsors) partnering with Customer Value Managers.

  • Use those multi-threaded relationships to open the door to new business units and geographies within existing accounts, rather than letting growth stall behind a single contact.

  • Demonstrate sales operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline tracking for your growth pipeline.

  • Own and lead strategic business reviews to drive alignment and highlight the impact of the existing partnership.

  • Keep forecast and pipeline risk visible at all times, flagging issues early and taking direct action to keep opportunities and renewals on track rather than waiting for them to surface elsewhere.

  • Promote the value of the Confirm solution and services on an ongoing basis. Using external tools (eg; LinkedIn) to promote the Confirm solution.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience: Proven performance carrying and exceeding a growth or new-business quota in Enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally including experience selling across multiple business units within a single enterprise account, not just single-department deals. HR tech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Results focused: Driven to achieve targets, with a high degree of comfort with tangible goals, quota accountability, and a strong desire for success.

  • Experience with structured sales methodologies and qualification (eg; MEDDPICC)

  • Strong command of discovery, ROI selling, objection handling, risk mitigation, and complex negotiation.

  • Comfortable with RFPs: Experienced in navigating formal RFP processes, working with bid teams to shape a compelling and commercially sound response.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a growth pipeline through account prospecting and developing account plans.

  • Skilled in delivering compelling sales presentations, both virtually and on-site, to C-level & stakeholders.

  • Highly collaborative; thrives in partnership with cross-functional teams, including CVMs.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

  • Organised and rigorous: Excellent time management, with the ability to organise, prioritise and execute on multiple tasks, taking accountability for delivering on promises.

  • Adaptable, coachable, and proactive in dynamic environments.

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 30th October 2026.
