Enterprise AI Solutions Lead
We have an opportunity for an Enterprise AI Solutions Lead to join our Enterprise AI team in IT in the U.S., reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise AI. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted AI advisor to senior functional leaders across the company. You will turn business problems into well-defined AI opportunities, prioritize them, choose the right solution approach and build solutions yourself. You will apply AI governance, security and risk standards from the start. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, leadership, developers, Enterprise Architecture and Security, you will work with global teams and make sure Enterprise AI works on the right problems, in the right order and in the right way.
Be a Contributor — What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, Operations and IT to discover AI opportunities, define the problem, the users affected and how success will be measured
- Map business processes end to end, such as lead-to-cash, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire, record-to-report and issue-to-resolution, to find where AI can remove steps, handoffs and manual effort
- Present AI opportunities, business cases and results to senior functional leaders and executives, and secure their sponsorship
- Evaluate each AI request and recommend the right approach: a custom agent built on Glean, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or AWS Bedrock, an agent on an enterprise AI platform, or AI built into a SaaS application such as Salesforce, Oracle, Databricks or an automation built with AI
- Own prioritization of AI demand with business stakeholders and leadership, ranking requests by business value, effort, risk and strategic fit
- Maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog, and make clear recommendations when requests compete
- Build prototypes, AI agents, custom GPTs, Claude Projects and automated workflows hands-on to prove value quickly, and take solutions through to production
- Track the fast-moving AI landscape, including new models, agent capabilities and vendor AI features, and bring relevant options to business stakeholders
- Write solution designs, requirements and acceptance criteria that developers can deliver against without rework
- Run build, buy or configure evaluations, weighing cost, time to value, risk and maintainability
- Apply AI governance, security and data privacy standards early, working with Security, Legal and Enterprise Architecture
- Track delivery and business outcomes with business owners, and use results to inform future priorities
- Drive adoption and change management for delivered solutions, including training and enablement for business users
- Establish reusable intake, evaluation and solution standards, templates and patterns
Be Prepared — What You Bring:
- 12+ years in business systems, solutions consulting, product management or solution architecture, working directly with senior functional leaders
- 2+ years hands-on designing and building generative and agentic AI solutions with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean and Google Gemini
- Hands-on experience with agent-building platforms and tools such as AWS Bedrock Agents, OpenAI Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors
- Strong grasp of prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use and AI evaluation
- Daily user of AI tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI coding assistants
- Proven experience owning a backlog and prioritizing demand across multiple business stakeholders
- Proven ability to run build, buy or configure evaluations and defend a recommendation to senior stakeholders
- Deep, end-to-end understanding of enterprise business processes across functions, such as lead-to-cash, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire, record-to-report and issue-to-resolution, and how they flow across systems and teams
- Knowledge of the AI capabilities in SaaS applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, Oracle Fusion and Microsoft 365
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, success metrics and business cases
- Proven ability to influence across functions, and ability to build trusted relationships with VP- and C-level functional leaders, and to explain AI in clear business terms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
