Job Description This is a remote position. One of our clients, an international consulting firm is looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in PeopleSoft to lead enterprise-level HR and Finance system architecture. The role involves designing robust solutions, managing integrations, and guiding modernization strategies for PeopleSoft applications. Key Deliverables Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks for PeopleSoft deployments. Lead design and optimization of PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, and Financials modules. Ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft with ERP, cloud platforms, and external systems. Provide architectural governance and compliance oversight for PeopleSoft solutions. Partner with business leaders to align PeopleSoft capabilities with organizational goals. Drive modernization initiatives, including upgrades, cloud migration, and digital transformation. Requirements Ideal Profile Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect with PeopleSoft specialization. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, and Financials modules. Expertise in PeopleSoft integration technologies (Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs). Experience in enterprise transformation and cloud migration strategies.
