Job Description This is a remote position. One of our clients, an international consulting firm is looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect specializing in Workday to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level HR and Finance solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Workday architecture, integration frameworks, and cloud deployment strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Deliverables Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for Workday implementations. Lead solution design for HR, Payroll, and Finance modules, ensuring scalability and compliance. Oversee Workday integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business objectives. Provide governance and best practices for Workday configuration, security, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Workday adoption across the enterprise. Requirements Ideal Profile Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with Workday specialization. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules. Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors). Background in cloud architecture and enterprise transformation programs.
