Enterprise Architecture Manager

About this Position

Join our team as an Enterprise Architecture Manager, where you will play a key role in driving the effective execution and governance of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) activities. You will coordinate and lead initiatives across stakeholders, ensure the quality and consistency of architecture information, and help drive the continuous improvement of EAM processes, tools, and governance.
This is an individual contributor role with functional leadership responsibilities, requiring a high degree of ownership, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making. You will work closely with global stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture teams to translate objectives into execution and measurable outcomes.

What you´ll do

• Lead and coordinate the execution of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) governance processes, including planning, documentation, decision tracking, and Architecture Decision Record (ADR) lifecycle management.
• Drive the quality, consistency, and completeness of enterprise architecture data, working with Application Managers and stakeholders to address data gaps and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Lead and participate in proactive application portfolio and data quality initiatives, coordinating reviews with Application Managers and driving timely completion and sign-off.
• Own the operational administration and continuous improvement of EAM tools and repositories, including LeanIX, SharePoint, and other relevant architecture management platforms.
• Coordinate EAM reporting, data requests, and management information, supporting portfolio insights, KPIs, dashboards, and self-service access to EAM data.
• Lead stakeholder coordination and communication across global Enterprise Architecture and Digital Experience teams, including facilitating governance activities, preparing materials, tracking actions, and communicating outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across EAM processes, tools, data, and ways of working, independently managing initiatives and deliverables while providing functional leadership and support to the broader EAM team.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or any related course
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, IT Service Management, Systems/Application Management, or related areas.
• Experience with LeanIX or similar Enterprise Architecture Management / Application Portfolio Management tools is highly preferred; experience with tool ownership, administration, or governance processes is an advantage.
• Experience in project coordination, process governance, stakeholder management, reporting, data management, or application/systems ownership is highly valued.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, lead initiatives, manage priorities, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up.
