BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and established technologist with 5+ years of related experience. Experience with enterprise AI tools — such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms — is preferred but not required. Strong developer fundamentals in M365, Power Platform, and API integrations are considered transferable to AI work. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and responsible AI principles is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives, generate practical recommendations, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving technology environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including documenting solutions, presenting recommendations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
