Role Description The Enterprise Capability & Performance Strategist is a part-time remote role focused on designing and implementing creative strategies that support Pop To It!’s growth and impact. In this role, the strategist will identify opportunities for innovation across programs, platforms, digital experiences, and community offerings and translate these insights into actionable initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and trend research, collaborating with leadership to refine the business model, and developing concept proposals, roadmaps, and process improvements. The role also involves testing and iterating new ideas, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of wellness, clarity, and values-based success. This position requires proactive collaboration across marketing, programming, and community teams, while maintaining a flexible schedule in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinking and innovation skills, including experience with business strategy and continuous improvement.
- Research and analytical abilities to interpret market trends, customer insights, and performance data for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly in written, visual, and verbal formats.
- Experience in digital platforms, online communities, or remote-first environments, preferably within coaching, wellness, or education sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort with experimentation, agile work methods, and iterative testing of new ideas, offerings, and experiences.
- Background in business, innovation, organizational development, or a related field; equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or entrepreneurship is highly valued.
- Commitment to personal growth, wellness-oriented work, and values-based leadership, with a genuine interest in empowering others.
