We are looking for a client-facing Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager (Implementation Delivery Manager) to join our Merchant Onboarding team.

You will be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, keeping project information accurate across all relevant systems, coordinating internal teams, communicating directly with merchants, and driving risks and escalations through to resolution.

What to expect:
- Lead enterprise merchant integrations from project initiation and solution alignment through go-live and post-launch stabilization
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent integrations, maintaining clear visibility of priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps
- Act as the primary delivery contact for merchants, setting expectations and translating technical or operational topics into clear, practical updates
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Development, Operations, Risk, Customer Success, and other relevant teams
- Define and manage implementation scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, success criteria, and the agreed integration solution
- Lead regular merchant and stakeholder calls, providing structured updates and ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up on actions
- Manage complex implementation issues and merchant escalations, bringing together the appropriate stakeholders and driving progress through to resolution
- Maintain accurate project plans, onboarding documentation, status updates, and implementation records in Salesforce and other relevant systems, while contributing insights that improve the onboarding process and merchant experience
To be successful you need to have:
- Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, delivery, technical project management, or onboarding role, ideally within payments, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or another complex technology environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations or workstreams with competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines
- Strong delivery discipline, with the ability to maintain structure, accuracy, and momentum across a high-volume portfolio
- Excellent merchant and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to set expectations and navigate challenging conversations and escalations
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, supported by rigorous follow-up and attention to detail
- The ability to understand technical integration concepts and translate them into clear business language and actionable next steps
- A solution-oriented and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership, exercise sound judgment, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; experience with payment integrations, APIs, Salesforce, or other CRM and delivery systems would be an advantage
We offer in return:
- The opportunity to write the history of a leading and growing multinational company
- Tailor-made training and ongoing development to help you enhance your skills in the field of online payments
- Multiple career progression opportunities in a dynamic in-house business
- Environment where product expertise, professional and personal commitment are rewarded
- Competitive remuneration and social benefits package (25 days annual paid leave, 4 days paid volunteering time a year through our Paysafe Giving initiative, health insurance, sports card, team events, company discounts, variety of soft skills, business and technical training programs)
- Fun and collaborative working atmosphere
- Flexible working model - we encourage our employees to embrace our flexible working approach. You will be expected to work from home and spend an average of three days a week at our Sofia office as part of our hybrid work model
