Join TrustFlight

TrustFlight is the Aerospace Safety Intelligence Platform. We exist to transform how aerospace operates by making it safer, more efficient and easier to stay compliant. Founded in 2017 and built from the start by people who fly, maintain and regulate aircraft, we now serve more than 1,600 organisations in 120 countries, from airlines, airports and MROs to OEMs and regulators. We do not digitise old processes. We reimagine how safety data is collected, accessed and used, and the result is safer flights for passengers and crew around the world.

One organisation, four brands

TrustFlight is one organisation with four brands. Alongside our safety technology, Baines Simmons delivers aviation training and consulting, Redline Assured Security delivers government-standard aviation security, and Kenyon International delivers crisis management and response. Each brand keeps its own name, heritage and team. Together we share one platform, one set of values and one purpose: closing the gaps between disconnected tools and providers, because those gaps are where risk accumulates. Working here means your work connects to all four.

Why people stay

We believe people do their best work when they have the freedom to do their job without too many rules and barriers getting in the way. Our culture is built on empowerment and trust: we hire good people and expect them to make the right calls for the company and the customer. Everyone has an individual training budget and protected development time, because transforming an industry means our people have to keep learning. Our offices in the UK, Canada, the US and Jersey are where teams meet to collaborate and plan, and we flex around each person's circumstances. People who deliver get more scope. Across TrustFlight, interns have become engineers, test engineers have become product managers, and coordinators have become team leads.

Our values guide how we work. Integrity: we are transparent and open, and we offer trust before we ask for it. Responsibility: we own our work and make it the best it can be. Innovation: we build for the industry's future needs, not just what exists today. Excellence: in everything we deliver.

Why this role matters

When an aviation operator moves its safety management onto Centrik, or goes fully digital with our eTech Log, the programme has to land on time, within scope and in step with audit dates, regulatory approvals and operational change windows. As Enterprise Programme Manager, you make sure it does.

You'll run TrustFlight's largest and most complex implementation programmes for our Enterprise and Strategic customers: phased, multi-entity rollouts across regulatory jurisdictions and time zones. You will own the plan, the RAID log, the governance cadence and the go-live gate, so our Implementation team can concentrate on delivery.

Although this is a senior individual contributor role, we’re looking for someone who can build out Project Management capability at TrustFlight and ensure we have all the components needed to run successful programmes. This role will likely evolve to include recruitment and management of team members in the future.

What you will do

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of our largest implementation programmes across our suite of products, running phased, multi-entity rollouts to time, scope and quality.

  • Owning the full governance set, including PID, programme plan, RAID log, change control and status reporting, and running the project cadence.

  • Owning the go-live gate: defining readiness criteria, evidencing them, and certifying or withholding sign-off jointly with the Implementation Executive and the customer's steering group.

  • Managing scope and ensuring that out-of-scope items go through a formal change management process.

  • Coordinating the delivery team on each programme (Implementation Executives, Technical Consultant, Training and Consulting) and holding them to milestone commitments.

  • Managing executive stakeholders, regulatory postholders and third-party vendors, and translating delivery status into its commercial and regulatory consequences for senior customer sponsors.

  • Supporting Sales with pre-sales scoping, effort estimation and delivery feasibility on Enterprise and Strategic opportunities, and flagging expansion opportunities during delivery.

  • Planning the transition into business as usual through hypercare, Support onboarding and handover of the success plan to Customer Success, so adoption starts from a known baseline.

  • Driving the PMO standard across Implementation, from templates and gate criteria to estimation models and reporting, and coaching Implementation Executives in delivery governance.

What success looks like

In your first year, success means:

  • 95% or more of your programme milestones and go-live dates delivered to the agreed baseline.

  • Implementation CSAT of 4.5/5 or above across your Enterprise and Strategic programmes.

  • Enterprise time-to-value coming down against our six-month benchmark, and Strategic programmes delivered to the agreed phase plan.

  • No unfunded scope absorbed: all out-of-scope work quoted through the rate card or a level upgrade.

  • Every account you deliver reaching first renewal with a completed go-live gate, a Support handover and an active success plan.

How we work with AI

TrustFlight is an AI-first organisation. Every role, from engineering to crisis response, uses AI tools in day-to-day work, and you will complete our AI onboarding in your first 30 days. In this role that means using tools like Claude every day to produce steering packs, keep the RAID position current and pressure-test plans before you commit to them, and helping turn what works into standard templates for the wider team.

Where and how you will work

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours of 10:00 to 16:00

  • Work pattern: Hybrid, with three days a week in our London office

  • Travel: Our programmes are global, so expect up to 10% domestic and international travel

  • On-call or shift work: None

  • Screening or clearance: None

What we offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous holiday allowance, plus your birthday off

  • Company pension contribution

  • Healthcare cover for everyone, including dental and optical

  • A personal training allowance for conferences, professional bodies, courses and online resources

  • Flexible working arranged with your manager

How to apply

Click Apply and send us your CV along with a cover letter. We'd love your cover letter to tell us about the most complex programme you've delivered: how you governed it, the moment it was most at risk, and the call you made to bring it back on track. We read every application and will contact candidates selected for interview.

TrustFlight is an equal opportunities employer. We are building a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and skills, and we welcome applications from everyone regardless of race, nationality, gender, age, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

What you will bring

This role needs proven delivery experience at enterprise scale. You'll be the person in the room who holds the plan, the gate and the standard.

  • Enterprise delivery experience: 6+ years managing complex, multi-workstream software implementation or business change programmes, including at least 2 years at enterprise scale in B2B SaaS or a comparably regulated industry.

  • Command of delivery governance: PID, programme planning, RAID, change control, dependency management, gate-based assurance and steering group reporting are second nature to you.

  • Executive presence: you can chair a steering group and hold credibility with C-level and postholder-level stakeholders in large organisations, including when the status isn't what they hoped to hear.

  • Matrix leadership: you've led technical and functional specialists who don't report to you, across multiple concurrent programmes and geographies.

  • Commercial discipline: a background in professional services or consulting where delivery was scoped, priced and margin-managed.

  • Honest, early communication: you surface difficult news early and deliver it with clarity and authority.

  • AI fluency: you already use AI to work faster and better, and you check its output with the same rigour you'd apply to anything else.

Nice to have

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or ChPP, PMP or MSP certification.

  • Experience working with aviation or aerospace companies, particularly in the delivery of SaaS implementations.

  • Experience delivering into multi-entity or group structures such as airline groups, multi-AOC operators, airport groups or national authorities.

  • Working knowledge of aviation operations and regulatory frameworks such as EASA, FAA or ICAO, or a track record of building domain depth in another safety-critical, regulated sector.

  • Experience establishing or maturing a PMO function in a scaling SaaS business.

Don't tick every box here? Apply anyway. Aviation knowledge can be learned; the delivery judgement this role needs is much harder to find.
