POSITION SUMMARY: Lead change management initiatives that support the successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization Partner with radiologists, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives Develop change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources that promote awareness, alignment, and long-term adoption Utilize adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights to measure effectiveness, mitigate risks, and continuously improve change strategies Support large-scale organizational initiatives by coordinating implementations, managing stakeholder readiness, and traveling up to 20-25% as needed DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and drive organizational adoption Experience with AI-enabled tools; knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations preferred WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
