Enterprise Sales Executive - IT Solutions

Franco Pinto is a B2B IT solutions and reseller company serving banks, government entities, telecom operators and large corporates across the UAE, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt since 2008. We partner with leading vendors including Fortinet, HP, Dell and Microsoft. We're a small, senior team - and we're growing. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, natural salesperson to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with our pre-sales and technical team, who support you on solution design and proposals, so you can focus on what matters most: building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or early in your sales career, what matters most to us is your ability to sell - your drive, your people skills, and your confidence in front of a client. What you'll do: Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across banking, government, telecom and large corporates Open doors, run client meetings, and understand what clients actually need Partner with our pre-sales and technical team to shape the right solution and proposal Present commercial offers and close deals Manage your pipeline and keep opportunities moving Build long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners Essential Strong sales instincts, drive and resilience Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Confidence managing a full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed contract Professional written and spoken English and Arabic Comfortable in a fast-moving, client-facing role Advantageous Previous experience in B2B or enterprise sales Background or interest in IT, technology or engineering A technical or business degree Competitive base salary plus commission tied to what you sell.
