Monitor, measure and report internally and externally on service performance levels, performance vs. service level agreements (SLAs) and service down-times Develop and keep procedures and standards of Compute Team Administer and document the services, processes inventories under Compute Team control Contribute to tracking and continuous improvement of service levels Provide on-call support on a periodic basis could be required Occasionally local and international travelling is required What Makes You a Great Fit University or College degree in relevant field at least 3 years in same position, preferably at a multinational company Fluent level of Business English language knowledge Enterprise level experience in operating at least 3 of the following areas: Windows/Linux operating systems; Active Directory; Email systems; Monitoring systems; Configuration management; Virtualization; Backup systems; Storage systems; Physical server systems; Multi Factor systems What Will Help You Thrive Problem solving skills Result-oriented attitude High attention to details
