Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect (AI)- Insurance

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Insurance Solution Architect with 12+ years of technology experience and strong insurance domain expertise to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across core insurance platforms, cloud, data, integration, digital technologies, and AI/GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solutions across policy, underwriting, billing, claims, distribution, and digital platforms.

  • Define solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and integration strategies.

  • Lead API, cloud, data, event-driven, and AI/GenAI architecture initiatives.

  • Drive legacy modernization and guide solutions from design through production.

  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.



Requirements

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of technology experience with significant solution/enterprise architecture responsibilities.

  • Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of core insurance processes.

  • Expertise in application architecture, APIs/integration, cloud, data, or AI/GenAI.

  • Hands-on experience with solution design, prototyping, troubleshooting, and implementation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.

  • Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

  • API management, event streaming, and integration technologies.

  • GenAI/LLMs, DevSecOps, and legacy modernization.

  • Experience integrating insurance platforms with carriers, partners, and SaaS applications.

A technically strong, collaborative, and delivery-focused architect who translates business needs into practical solutions and drives measurable outcomes.
