Enterprise Training and Development Manager

Enterprise Training & Development Manager | Remote USA | Medical Device/Biotech/Pharma

I am partnered with a mid-sized medical device company that is actively looking to hire a brand new position on their training and development team where you will be responsible for the overarching training function - think DiSC, Gallup, and engagement surveys to help continuously improve the internal capability.

This position will work closely with the new Sales Training Director to enact new training programs and ensure the company is providing top notch training across the board, from sales training and onboarding through to leadership development programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree requirement
• Previous experience in a similar role is critical, must have managed the training and development function with a company that has multiple business units
• Experience in the healthcare setting, ideally medical device, biotech, or pharma
• Position will be remote and requiring occasional travel
