As we expand our roster and booking pipeline, we are looking for a reliable, sharp, and connected Creative Partner to help us manage artist relations and client bookings.

Who We Are Looking For

This is not a corporate, rigid office job. We want someone who "speaks the language" of the entertainment industry:

Regional Expertise: You have a strong network, deep understanding, or active connections within the Filipino live music and entertainment scene (or are skilled at navigating it).

The Creative Insider: You are ideally a musician, dancer, performer, or someone deeply connected to the arts and event scene. You have a natural eye for what makes an artist outstanding.

You are comfortable with outreach, social media scouting, and communicating with both artists and international clients.

Highly Responsive & Reliable: We need a partner we can truly rely on. When a client brief comes in, we need to act fast.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Scouting: Actively find, screen, and onboard high-quality international performers who fit our specific aesthetic and client requirements.

Client & Artist Matching: Quickly jump on urgent search briefs to find the perfect entertainment options for upcoming events.

Outreach: Use your networking skills to pitch our roster to potential clients (hotels, venues, event planners) and secure bookings.

The Selection & Trial Process (Read Carefully)

To protect our agency's standard and ensure we are a perfect fit for each other, we have structured our onboarding in two clear phases:

Phase 1: 2-Week Trial Period (Unpaid)

You will start with an unpaid 2-week trial period. This phase is designed to evaluate your responsiveness, communication style, attention to detail, and skill in matching talent to client briefs. It allows both of us to see how we work together without any long-term friction.

Phase 2: Long-Term Contract (Retainer + Commission)

Once you demonstrate your reliability, speed, and consistency during the trial, you will officially join the team! You will transition directly into a paid role with a guaranteed monthly base retainer (for dedicated availability and fast response times) plus performance commissions on booked talent.

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Highly active on social media (Instagram, TikTok) and comfortable using them for scouting.

Extremely organized and able to respect fast-paced deadlines.

Prior experience in the entertainment industry, booking, or event organization is a massive plus.
