📍 Australia (Remote)
💼 Full-time
💰 Negotiable Salary
📅 Start Date: ASAP
Remote role based in Australia.
We're looking for an Entertainment Coordinator to join our growing Creative & Talent department, supporting the booking, development and delivery of performers, DJs and live entertainment across our global portfolio of event brands.
This is a fast paced role for someone who is highly organised, passionate about live events, music, theatre and performance, and enjoys managing multiple moving parts at once. This role goes beyond simply booking talent. We're looking for someone with a genuine eye for casting, production and creating memorable live experiences. From immersive characters and choreographed performances to headline DJs, vocalists and entertainers, you'll help shape the entertainment behind some of our fastest growing event brands.
While you'll support talent bookings across all of our territories, you'll take particular ownership of our Australia & New Zealand talent network, helping strengthen relationships, identify new performers and provide local market knowledge, while working closely with our wider international team.
Reporting into our UK based Entertainment Manager, you'll work alongside another Entertainment Coordinator and the Head of Event Creative & Talent to help deliver world class entertainment across hundreds of events each year.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the booking of DJs, performers and entertainment across our global portfolio of event brands.
Sourcing, auditioning and onboarding new performers and entertainment to support the continued growth of our global brands.
Working Pattern:
🏠 Remote role based in Australia.
This role forms part of our wider UK based Creative & Talent department. You'll report directly to our UK based Entertainment Manager and work closely with another Entertainment Coordinator and the Head of Event Creative & Talent.
While the role will primarily operate during Australian business hours, regular collaboration with the UK team is essential. You'll be expected to remain contactable throughout the working day and attend team meetings several times each week, many of which will take place during the evening in Australia to accommodate UK working hours.
Flexibility around working hours is therefore essential, as is a willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones as part of a global team.
Some flexibility around evenings and weekends will also be required during busy event periods.
About You:
A strong eye for casting and understanding what makes an engaging live production.
Able to recognise talent that fits different audiences, brands and event concepts.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
About Us:
We're a fast growing international events company operating across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, USA and Canada, delivering large scale tours and branded event concepts globally.
Our Creative & Talent department is responsible for shaping the entertainment behind our event brands, from booking performers and DJs through to developing new concepts, productions and immersive live experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative international team, with genuine opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand and play a key role in shaping the entertainment behind some of the world's most exciting touring event brands.
👉 Apply now if you're looking to build your career within live entertainment, talent and creative production while working on a global portfolio of event brands.
