Role Description The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU08/26) will deliver live online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels in a virtual classroom environment. In this full-time remote role, the tutor will plan and facilitate interactive lessons, introduce and practice grammar and vocabulary, support reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs. Daily tasks include conducting one-to-one or small-group sessions, monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and using digital tools and platforms to manage classes and materials. The tutor will follow curriculum guidelines, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate professionally with learners and, where applicable, their guardians or institutional partners. The role also involves participating in training sessions, incorporating feedback from supervisors, and contributing to a positive, inclusive online learning environment.
