What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will:
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
Educate families on available supplemental benefit programs
Recommend personalized coverage based on each client's needs
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Build long-term relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivation and strong work ethic
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Confidence using computers and virtual communication tools
Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, or client relations is helpful—but
not required
. We provide full training and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a resident Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
