Salary Range: $55,392 (Minimum)- $69,252 (Mid-Point) (Salary is to commensurate with education/experience and internal equity)
Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Job Summary Provides system-wide leadership and coordination for KCTCS physical safety, security, emergency management, and Clery Act compliance programs. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance campus safety, support emergency preparedness and response, coordinate crime reporting and emergency notifications, ensure compliance with federal safety and security requirements, and strengthen the institution's ability to prevent, respond to, and recover from emergencies and critical incidents. |

Job Duties: Crisis Management, Emergency Prepardnes, and Continuity of Operations - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of KCTCS emergency management and crisis response programs. Coordinate system-wide emergency operations planning, continuity of operations planning (COOP), hazard mitigation planning, training, exercises, and after-action improvement efforts. Facilitate and support Crisis Management Teams (CMT), Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Behavioral Intervention Teams (BIT), Policy Groups, and other emergency governance structures to enhance institutional preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
