We are seeking a full time remote mid- to senior-level environmental professional with expertise in environmental compliance, environmental quality, natural resources, and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to provide specialized technical and program support to multiple environmental projects nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and launch new environmental quality and compliance projects as our portfolio expands Support environmental programs and project staff with specialty expertise in multiple areas, including: Environmental compliance, including air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous materials, solid waste, Pollution Prevention (P2) Reporting (EPCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, MS4, etc.) Natural resources National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Mentor and develop junior environmental staff, fostering technical growth and preparing future leaders for key project roles Conduct specialized job training for project staff Support development of environmental plans, permits, and program documents Conduct internal quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on technical documents prepared by project staff Track Federal, state and local regulatory updates Review and interpret technical data Provide subject-matter consultation to project managers and clients Provide technical reach back support for environmental subject matter areas Occasional travel to project sites may be required QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or higher in an environmental field Minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience in environmental compliance, environmental quality, natural resources, or NEPA. Specialized expertise in more than one field or media preferred Technical report writing experience Demonstrated experience with EESOH-MIS, HMID, WET, STAR, and/or APIMS strongly preferred. Motivated, outgoing self-starters requested Demonstrated leadership in managing environmental projects and teams Experience conducting or overseeing fieldwork Knowledge and experience with Department of War requirements for managing environmental compliance and/or natural resources Knowledge of and experience interpreting and implementing Federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively across distributed teams Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving project needs AGEISS, headquartered in Colorado, has provided Environmental Consulting, Engineering Services, Facility Operation & Management, Advisory & Assistance, and Program/Project Management Services to the Federal sector nationwide and internationally since 1988.
