Environmental Trader

We’re looking for an Environmental Trader to own and scale our sales and trading of Guarantees of Origin and other environmental products (SAF, RGGOs) across Europe.

You’ll be both a deal-maker and a sales person – personally driving transactions while shaping the origination engine behind them.

You will:

• Actively trade Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) on both the buy-side and sell-side
• Identify and match counterparties to successfully close transactions including understanding renewable power producers across France
• Proactively source new business opportunities by engaging with asset owners (PV, wind, BESS, biogas, biomethane) and industrial buyers
• Drive active sales of GoOs across European countries (main focus France), targeting industrial clients
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and market counterparties
• Represent PowerLinks at key industry events, conferences, and trade fairs

You Bring

• Solid understanding of industrial clients and Guarantees of Origin market (biomethane is a nice to have)
• Previous experience as a GoOs trader is a MUST
• Strong sales skills, with up-to-date knowledge of modern negotiation techniques
• Natural negotiator and deal-closer – you thrive on getting the term sheet signed
• Excellent command of English (min. C1) and French (C1-C2) is mandatory

• 100% remote – live anywhere in the EU
• B2B contract or employment contract
• Base + uncapped success fees (deal-driven upside)
• <10% travel (for closings & key events)
