Job Description
This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Inpatient Orders Analyst to support Epic clinical applications for our healthcare client in Southern California. This is a full-time opportunity with hybrid/onsite expectations as needed for project milestones, go-lives, and team support.
Responsibilities

Designs, builds, configures, tests, and maintains Epic Inpatient Orders and other assigned clinical applications.

Supports application optimization, enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and ongoing production support.

Troubleshoots complex application and workflow issues and partners with technical teams to resolve system and integration issues.

Leads medium to large application projects from planning through implementation and go-live.

Partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve patient care and efficiency.

Provides end-user and at-the-elbow support during go-lives, upgrades, and major system changes.

Develops and maintains system documentation, workflows, testing plans, and project materials.

Participates in on-call and after-hours support as needed and mentors junior analysts.
Required Qualifications

Epic ambulatory certification required, with Epic Inpatient Orders certification strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years of Epic/Application Analyst experience.

Hands-on experience with Epic clinical application build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Experience supporting healthcare workflows and partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications

Epic Inpatient Orders certification and experience.

Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Clinical Documentation, or other Epic clinical applications.

Acute care healthcare experience.

Experience leading application projects, implementations, upgrades, and go-lives.

Background in clinical informatics, physician/nursing workflows, or hospital operations.
