Epic Radiant Analyst (Remote) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. This individual will play a key role in supporting, building, optimizing, and maintaining Epic Radiant workflows and functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within Epic Radiant environments, including customized builds and configurations, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and operational support. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Radiant experience Current Epic Radiant Certification required Proven experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and workflow optimization Ability to effectively navigate and support highly customized Epic Radiant environments Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system build and configuration solutions Strong understanding of healthcare imaging, radiology workflows, and Epic application functionality Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote work environment Responsibilities Participate in Epic Radiant application design and workflow review sessions Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant application components according to approved specifications Collaborate with IT, operational, and clinical stakeholders to develop and implement system enhancements Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and system validation activities Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support Assist with change management, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and future enhancements Partner with training teams to support the development of end-user education materials and documentation Maintain application documentation, build records, and configuration standards Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large healthcare organizations with complex Epic implementations Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management Experience supporting integrations and downstream systems within Radiology workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Technical Skills Epic Radiant Epic Build & Configuration Epic Certification (Radiant) System Testing & Validation Microsoft Teams Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Visio ServiceNow Work Arrangement 100% Remote Candidates must be comfortable supporting and navigating customized Epic Radiant environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
