Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst (RTE/RTA) Location: Remote Duration: 3-Month Contract (Extension Possible) We are seeking an Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst to support daily operations, workflow optimization, and new clinic build activities. The consultant will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance patient access workflows and support an upcoming RTA go-live. Required: Epic Referrals Certification Epic Authorizations Certification Strong Epic Referrals, Authorizations, and Work Queue (WQ) experience Hands-on build, optimization, testing, and workflow analysis experience Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations Preferred: Epic Prelude Certification Epic Cadence Certification Reporting/analytics experience Revenue cycle or patient access experience Additional Details: Support operational incidents, requests, builds, and optimization initiatives Assist with testing, upgrades, workflow improvements, and end-user support Quarterly travel to Tallahassee required for Epic upgrade activities RTA go-live scheduled for October If you're a certified Epic Referrals & Authorizations analyst who enjoys both operational support and optimization work, we'd love to connect. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
