Job Description:

As the Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you will lead the design and execution of supply chain projects for the Mars Snacking North America business. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and build a more agile, resilient, and data-driven supply chain. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex projects, influence stakeholders at all levels, and connect functional decisions to broad business objectives.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year supply chain transformation projects aligned with the strategic objectives of the Mars Snacking business.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from initial concept through implementation, including initiatives related to integration, digital transformation, network optimization, and process re-engineering.
  • Serve as a business technology lead, partnering with IT and functional teams to define, select, and implement new supply chain technologies (e.g., advanced planning systems, AI/ML, ERP enhancements).
  • Benchmark the current supply chain to identify key risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with global supply team to identify solutions to close gaps.
  • Champion continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of working, introducing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation across the supply chain organization.

What are we looking for?

Must have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in a CPG or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience with advanced supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP IBP, OMP) and ERP systems.
  • Experience with digital supply chain technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Consulting experience in a supply chain or operations-focused role.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
