Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Working within our Workforce Strategy team, you'll play a key role in developing people policies, supporting equality initiatives, analysing workforce data and contributing to major organisational change programmes.

What You'll Do
- Develop and review people policies and guidance.
- Support and quality assure Equality Impact Assessments.
- Work with HR&OD colleagues to translate people policy into practical workplace practices
- Analyse workforce equality data and produce reports for senior leaders.
- Provide advice on employment policy, equality legislation and best practice.
- Work with staff networks, trade unions and stakeholders to promote inclusion.
- Support workforce transformation, organisational development and culture change initiatives.
You'll bring:
- Experience of HR policy development and/or equality, diversity and inclusion work.
- Knowledge of HR casework operational practice
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to inclusion.
