Equipment Installation Coordinator

Working with a small friendly team, you will provide a courteous, efficient, and effective service, which maintains UCC’s positive company image through maintaining high standards of customer communications.

The Role:

• First line support for customers’ arranging coffee machine installations.
• Support our sales team processing customer orders. Customer point of contact for equipment requests and answering queries.
• Plan equipment allocations, working closely with internal teams.
• Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available.
• Maintain customer database to ensure system data is accurate and aligned.
• Assist the team with projects and adhoc tasks as required.

The Person:

• Passionate about providing great customer service
• Able to answer queries concisely via the telephone and email
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office application (Excel)
• Hybrid working available after probation
