Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

  • Support ERP sales opportunities through discovery, demonstrations, solution recommendations, estimating, and scoping.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery to develop practical solutions, accurate estimates, and clearly defined project scope.
  • Create and maintain ERP demo environments and reusable pre-sales resources.
  • Provide Microsoft ERP product and licensing expertise during solution development and client discussions.
  • Support a smooth Sales-to-Delivery transition by clearly communicating proposed solutions, scope, assumptions, and risks.

ERP Consulting & Implementation

  • Deliver assigned ERP consulting and implementation work in partnership with the PMO and Delivery Teams.
  • Follow the Boyer 360 Framework and established implementation best practices.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project and client outcomes.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Work across Sales and Delivery to identify practical solutions and proactively address gaps between proposed scope and implementation needs.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of Microsoft ERP products, technologies, licensing, and implementation best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

This role includes a base pay range listed above and is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are defined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation are performance-based and not guaranteed. Boyer offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, professional growth, and overall well-being. Depending on your work location, benefits may include:

  • Health coverage: Boyer provides comprehensive health coverage for employees.
