ERP Consultant - Supply Chain Management & Production (Mexico)

Calsoft is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant - Supply Chain Management & Production to join our growing ERP consulting team in Mexico. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
• Provide ongoing customer support and system optimization
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders
• Participate in solution demonstrations and presales activities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience
• Experience with Supply Chain Management and Production processes
• Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing consulting skills
• Professional fluency in Spanish
• Business-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience
• Understanding of Mexican business and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of distribution, manufacturing, and import/export processes
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management

Travel: Frequent travel within Mexico; occasional travel to the United States as required by project needs.
