ERP Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities: Understand client needs and document business requirements. Configure and customize ERP modules based on client specifications. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations . Plan, schedule, and track project progress to meet deadlines. Train end-users and provide comprehensive documentation . Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues. Conduct system testing and ensure data integrity. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Prepare reports and maintain project documentation . Act as the main client contact , fostering strong professional relationships. Support pre-sales activities , including presentations and client consultations. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, technical guides, and help documents . Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and certifications . Requirements: 4 to 8 years of experience in ERP implementation (any module). Strong functional expertise in at least one ERP system . Ability to work independently and collaborate in remote work settings . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
